And it's really disappointing that the mini 3 pro aftermarket extended life batteries do not work anymore after some firmware updates but Oh well I never go through all three anyway

Thanks for the updates, keep them coming! Also what do you think about Anuz Robotics they went ahead and copied DJI enterprise drones and gave it a different name and color. My question is How are you going to steal the same look DJI drones and change the name of them, it’s not being original. I feel some kinda way about that. I love DJI and no one else can compare to the DJI Drones at least not yet.

I'm with you, I don't buy the national security thing. And if DJI is removed as an option, the other US made options will never improve since DJI isn't there to drive the innovation and value. And we'll all be buying ugly green Anzu versions of the same DJI products.

On my second mini3...like this drone very much. Obstacle avoidance is a sometime tool. Hardly missed

It's just sad to read the arguments here. Even if China is not spying using its drones - people, do not forget thinking critically, not only about the money:) It's obvious that the more eye you have in any place the easier it is to plan diversion. It's so obvious. What places do terrorists use? What do they need to blow up a power line or a few small power plants in a given area? I guess they need real time date from the most uninteresting surroundings - roads, fields, etc. They need to calculate when there are less or no people their, calculate best places to hide after their retract. It's so obvious!

I have this mic and I have used it on several projects. The audio is crisp and nice. The battery life is nothing to worry about as it can go a few days on a full charge. It has pro features like 75 and 100 db cut. It's a really nice mike .... until .... you start getting loud. I was doing a narrative based film with this mic when one of the actors had to shout aggressively as part of his dialogue for that scene. It distorted badly and very very obviously. Note: IT DID NOT CLIP. And this was the problem. After some investigation I found the SPL on this mic was on 105db and it had distorted because the mic just couldn't handle the volume of the actors voice in that situation. I tried another mic, my professional mic which is a Sennheiser ME66 and of course it passed my tests of me screaming down the mic at close range to try and get it to distort. The ME66 has an SPL of 130db. After some searching I discovered the DIETY D4 had the same SPL as my ME66 and so I purchased that. Problem solved. My Comica VM20 is now on eBay.

That 10 bit depth is more like a raw file format with more dynamic range for better post processing... thanks for that tip. As for birds, I also watched that other fellow's video and bought both the tape and the light.

My question is the camera able to be changed out and upgraded? I am looking to purchase a drone soon. Would like one that can take different cameras, thermal upgrade, etc. Thanks anyone that can answer.
